Good dyes you can find like +4wit -4men and not cheap crap like +4wit -6men or something,in 3 ways

1st from the mammon marketeer who spawns in catas/necros in random time and place and he is expensive...

2nd if you have a good clan hall there should be Dye recipes you can buy from the clan hall npc and craft them from fishing

3rd and best in my opinion, find a spoiler and go spoil/drop them from mobs.

i believe this whole forum is about lineage 2 servers that ar as much simmilar to retail as possible and in the best case,retail server.NOT L2J and NO,it doesn't depend on server.also dyes can be dropped/be spoiled on certain mobs.use the main page to search for them.
you can also create them if you have recipes bought from clan hall / fished(not sure)

Correct.

Mammon costs 1.74 KK for a +4/-4 dye set
They can also be spoiled or bought in clan hall.

It will take about the same amount of time to spoil the dyes as to get them buying with hard earned AA (but that actually depends on the serverrate)
If you like fishing (who doesn't :p) get a rec from the clan hall NPC and go and hf

I prefer spoiling ^^
