I have a question about the new LS 80 , you can get active/passive skill after lvl 76, like pow/pof /vortex etc. i tried 20+ LS and it didn't give me any skill

Of course not.

It is level 80 cause you can't use lvl 76 on S80 Equipments.

Hey shouldn't higher level ls give better active skills? There are 82 lss in the database, you know.

ls 82 will be only on gracia final cause there dynasty armor/weap and the new armor/weap will be s82,anyways i`m not sure...... and a higher ls gives better skills ofc but the chance is more rarely...

Normally, higher lvl life stone gives higher lvl skill. So it's possible.

I know it Icarus. But I don't think that NC Soft would put levels higher than 10 in the skills you can get from Life Stones.
