Well, after a few discucsions i want to ask to pr0 players.
What this skill exactly do? 0.5xmatack once or per hit? and the 0.5 affect only for aura flares or for all skills?

After you cast your Aura Flare.
The next spell you cast (while the debuff is still on) will be casted with 50% of your currently M. Atk.

Example. You're a Spellsinger with 1k M. Atk.
You cast the Aura Flare then you do another Aura Flare, the second one will be casted like if you have 500 of M. Atk. only.
And it doesn't have to be another aura flare, can be any other spells, Hydro Blast, Vortex, whatever.

Some said that even the first Aura Flare you cast already comes with the 50% penalty, I don't know exactly

1st aura flare is casted with max matk
2nd one use only half matk but other nukes are not affected

question:Wind vortex (for example)
pure spell dmg(as light u said its not affected by the aura flare effect)
+debuff effect-decrease resistance to element+ cast spd

the power(the magical dmg) wont be changed but the debuffing effect will be affected by the penalty?

don't understand your question but i'll ask to our SS 79
btw aura flare debuff is just a nerf to avoid the old aura flare spam trick and i've tested the debuff on my festi toon 52 (sorc)
i can make some screen shots.

if u have used aura flare and uve casted after the flare a VORTEX
the debuffs land rate will be lowered?

Aura flare is a sacred attack if I'm not mistaking.
