The best you can do against DA is slowing him, to make it hard for him to reach the range for agro, root, slow or w/e... Then kill his panther. After u kill the panther u kite...

PS. keep your cursor on the panther in case he uses agro! :)

btw killing the panther is a tricky thing
once i appeared in the range of corpse plague..that sucked rly hard
