Hello. With SA Haste or CD is better for Wind Rider for pvp ? I think Hasta is better because you use blows faster and delay is less. CD don't give more damage to blows because it gives p. atk. and it doesn't do anything to blows damage. Im right or smth wrong ?

U get a 15% bonus to ur blows
Y crit.dmg. gives u dmg to ur blows
And NO the bonus to ur reuse/delay time in blows is very little

So:
a) wind rider cause he lacks of dmg needs a Crit dmg dagger and
b) wind rider has enough attack speed so haste is just for xp

PS Crit dmg is good for xp as well(really good cause full buffed critical rate is 500 in wind rider xD )

I wouldn't go for cd unless it's a dynasty knife or an icarus disperser. As gives +265 patk, which is not that much. I convinced myself. Haste gives atk speed and a nice reuse drop. You can feel that reuse. Not incredibly crucial, but you can feel it.

I prefer CD on C-A grade of Daggers..
In S Haste For Sure..xD
