between storm screamer and mystic muse?? what you choose?? i just saw a video at coloseum..and sps interupt all skills of spelhwoler..but the sph was noob..he left him cansel him and he didnt tried hit him at the begining..didnt use wind vortex and dint use silence cause they were at party..interupt work so good with self buffs?or it was fake video..the sure was that this storm screamer was noob..

On selfbuffs, sps takes advantage in casting speed against any other nukers, but his spells are weaker (needs more shots to win except mc-s), so an experienced sph should take her down, if he can shoot right after he gets a shot. Above 750-800 casting speed (gmhp for example), the difference may rely more on fingers/little laggs than casting/reuse things...
And i think if sps starts to cancel, sph has a chance to reply with wind vortex, and its a winning factor for sph. Ofc under lv77 its more difficult...
