1st. U exp at IoP and hellbound to collect different colours of evil shards

2st. U must go to crystal caverns and meet maestro Ram.

There u can trade your evil shards for all s80 recipes AND parts.

ps: I dont know how much shards it need but It need freaking lot of them.
Drop rate in IoP is very very good :)

ps2. If you going to IoP dont go more than 2 ppl or you're dead meat :)

If you go to IoP more that 2 ppl i think (it may be 3 im not quite sure) when u hit a mob it will spawn 4 mobs that look like onyx beasts.

They can take down a 77lvl HK with IC+3 with 4 hits.
I have been killed by those only with 2 skills of them. Each one was 4k dmg.

The whole party (6ppl) died in few seconds :P

Its a placed design only for 2 ppl (or maybe 3, someone check it out plz).

The mobs are x1 but they are super high lvl (:P) and can cut down realy big dmgs. They die pretty fast though.

Best place for a 78lvl+ ES/Hier and a 77lvl+ nuker/melee DD.

NPC Blacksmith Of Power Ram appears in the Crystal Caverns Instance, those instances are all on Isle of Prayers/Oracle Isle ...the new island next to alligators

well it would be better in map location, cause i've been founded such kind place like i your pic, but there haven't been ram, instead there was guardians which haven't dropped anything....

u have to make crystal cavern instance to reach blacksmith ram who is in emeral cavern.
u have to enter with a full party or u will die fast and u need a dagger too because ram is behind a locked door that need unlock skill.
the blacksmith is surrounded by ~12-14 mobs aggros lvl 80+

also some of the colour shards are dropped in this instance i guess;)
