I've heard that one can, besides the F-keys, use the number keys below the F-keys to use skills on the second shortcut bar directly.
I've also understood that in order to do this, one needs to activate the "Enter chat" option in the game option menu.
So obviously, my problem is that it's not working.
What else am I supposed to do to get it right? Or did i hear something plain incorrect and an option like this doesn't exist?
Anyway, if anyone could help me out with this, I'd be extremely greatfull, since an option like this would be very beneficial to any type of gameplay.

This Feature is available since Kamael if im not wrong.

You don't need to activate anything in the options panel.

The only thing you need is: Press ALT + the number keys below the F-Keys.
Those ones responses to the 2nd. Skills Bar.

In order to use de 3rd Bar you must Press ALT+ the number keys on the right side of the keyboard (i dunno remeber the name of those keys... it was KeyPad?? )
