its NOT 40 for SURE!
i think its around 65%because around the half of my turns were lethals and rly many many times i 1 shoted mobs
so its not 40(at least xeebra says so)

it is rly higher and i wanna say to those that say"no lethal has such a high chance"-->use ur brains b4 posting

wich skills do lethal?archers skill and?correct;daggers and?correct paladins sks and DAs

now use ur brains or lineage2com and find the skills wich deal dmg and have chance to lethal
now search for turn undead/banish seraph and find the recuirmenets
undead/divine mob
spirit/soul ores needed
no damage caused
only fear caused
lethal =1hp

land rate is higher

Yes they lethal with lethal shot , but they have only effect 1 on lethal wich means 1cp or half of hp and 0 cp if the enemy doesn't have any cp, and on mobs half of hp.
OT: I just went on BD, with a Cardi in pagan, and yes, lethal chance is between 1/3 and 1/2. Fear : almost all mobs i think. Some mobs died fast and i don't know. I was there giving conc/mystic dances ,magnus with a boxed wc oop and if possible last hit on mobs.

I said that the chance is higher.
And we can level with it cause we play privates with at least Adena 4x.
On retail there's no way to you level with Banish/Turn.
It will be much expensive as Cursed Bones.

thats not true. my friend wanted to test his lethal and i was :ok, come test on me, i'm sure you can't kill me with 1 lethal, and i'm sure it doesen't lands". So, he shot me once, no lethal. i restored my cp, then he shot me twice, no lethal. i restored my cp again. he shot me third, i was dead :|. i was WTF archer lethal can be 1 shot 1 kill??

I always see Lethal Shot = K.O. if lethal.

I didn't knew that Lethal Shot have Effect 2 also, and i still don't believe.

I think it has. I'm not sure, but i remember getting lethaled by a phantom ranger. I am not sure about the server quality tho, i can't remember where i encountered that.

Lethal shot effect 2 or however you call it ( 1hp) exist in retail.
