Ok what I want to know is,how can a necro beat a kamael,regardless of class.Cuz they all have dark armour and soulbraker even has dark shield and silence and root.Berserker has charges and disarm so u cant escape him and trickster has paralisys which lands almost every time.I haven't tried pvp against a kamael ,but running wont help cuz they got like 175 speed on self buff.So anyway to beat them ?

I'm not too sure about soulbreaker, but since I play as berserker, I can tell you their general weaknesses. (All this is assuming you're within 5 levels of each other)
Don't start far away from him... he can still use disarm, but in the heat of the pvp they might overlook using charge.
Their hp is very average... he might even have decreased hp when you start attacking, because he would've used life to soul to build up soul points (don't rely on this too much). They have pretty low curse resistance too, thanks to their low wit. But you can't rely entirely on this, because its likely that your opponent will be wearing dark crystal light, o rhave boss jewelery.
You could try gloom, weakness, and chaos simultaneously. But the thing is, their pa is so good that weakness will make barely any difference to them, assuming it lands. And chaos won't matter even if it does land... a bererker isn't going to stand and swing at you, he's gonna be using his multiple skills (Unless you guys are below lvl 60, where berserkers still rely on normal hits to a certain extent). So your best bet would be gloom, and nuke him till he dies.
I haven't been beaten by any nukers so far, and its on a pretty stable low rate server I play on, so there's no question of a class being overpowered or overly weak. From what I can tell, Kamael are the anti-mage... for now, anyway.

I was asking how to beat kamael not necro.I am the necro ! And toggle dark resistance gives only 9 dark resistance so it isnt that of a big deal.Though the soulbreaker has a dark shield buff which makes it about 30 which is a *.

I don't know if fear could actually help... Kamael can outrun Necros, it probably applies for running away from them as well. Unless its in a confined space.

All Kamael can easily beat a Necromancer at the same level.
The necro chances is minimal.

What happens when you fear someone? They run away in one direction, until fear wears out. They run at top speed which, in the case of Kamael vs. Necro, the Kamael would be too fast for the necro to catch up, longer than it takes to cast one skill.
But I agree.... if a curse like weakness or gloom lands, the necro might stand a good chance against any Kamael. Of course, it should land at the begining of the fight... not after half the necro's cp is gone or something, lol.

Fear doesn't work like that.
That's how it works on l2j. Fear just makes your character run ONLY if you don't interact with it (eg you don't move it). For example if you're not doing anything and you get feared, your char starts running like an asshole. But when you interact with him like 'go there' command, he will go that direction and in one second he will start running again. If you target your enemy and click attack like a maniac you won't notice any fear. Fear is not a crucial debuff.

I see. I've never been feared on a l2 original server. It just proves that for a person with a low concentration level, fear is dangerous :/
Either way, whatI meant was that in a situation that the kamael does get "feared", it wouldn't help the necro in anyway. Like you pointed out, the kamael would probably keep attacking. Even if he/she did run away, they're much faster than any nuker, so they'd sort of outrun the mage.
I got feared on a high rate L2J pvp server, by a stormscreamer... didn't stop running for quite some time, but it didn't help the ss, she couldn't catch up with me.
