In C4 boss :skylancer,beast lord behemoth,means anor,hellmann can up soul 11 12 ?

As far as i remember, they all do.
And i remeber that Fafurion lvl 70 from Giran Isle lvl'ed also.

I don't think that in Chronicle 4 a soul cry can be upgraded in those rbs...

If you put that problem like that, i think that behemoth, antharass priest chloe and crokian padisha sobekk didn't lvl'ed. Von Hellman did, and as i was sayng, the only raid who doesn't increase crystals any more is Fafurion lvl 70. On c4 it did. Now, instead of him, another rb from giran isles, Sobekk, lvl's up crystals.

Sobekk didn't changed his name, just that, not him was the one who lvl'ed up soul crystals lvl 10/11 back on c4.

I think i raided Sailren on dex over 30 times and only once crystals lvl'ed. I killed other bosses generally. On dex ,retail and other couple of srvrs i played, was the same.
Try lilith/zaken. These raids are lvl'ing 100%.
For lvl12->13 ,Anakazel; Once again you need to have luck with this rb also. Good thing is that you need/can to kill it only with one pt w/o any wartags to interupt you and that he doesn't have a respawn time. Make a high lvl pt, /trade to everyone in your pt 36 FOD's and go enter hero rift.

Had you thry on Valakas or Binom ? I dont know maybe you should thry :P Some friend told me that his br0 had lvl on them :?

Yes i lvl'ed crystals on Valakas, but Benom? Do you even know what kind of rb is he? And Valakas doesn't seem a good choice to lvl your crystals. I was giving shikamaru efficient ways to lvl crystals. 10-11 -> 11-12 : Anakim/Lilith,Zaken and 12->13 Anakazel from Hero Rift, Ember(this one doesn't have 100% chances) and Frintezza.
