It heals u, also increases your maximum HP, the efficiency of heal skills on you, and your HP regeneration if I'm not mistaken

also increases resistance to:
- buff canceling
- debuff attack

+5con and health weap so you'll get plenty of HP when u activate AI , and ofc tol more effective

and ofc u'll have to do the conversion-health trick for AI if u wanna have it from start, maybe use sacrifice on urself, since it wll probably reduce ur HP, if u dont have any prayer augment, epic jewels or smth

+5 con? what about dex? i'm really slow...

yu can root so speed its not really a factor in that situation also if you get close bang shield stun again the enemy wont move and you reach him and spam shield stun/bash/slam

also i thing angelic icon boost also speed am i right ??? so if you have Ai on your speed is good too and the speed bonus aint actually like a dash so i think dex dyes are a little useless
