I heard many places where doing OE has more success.. one is Derby with +15% Rate when enchanting items.. But, i'm not sure. Do you know something ? Is it true that enchanting when server is lagged has more success ?

i know a place.. go giran,find the WC's(toilettes),have a pee,use the pee to acumulate great magical power on ur scrolls and then try to enchant ur weapon but dont exist the WC

No one will ever say : Yes, go in gludio castle basement. There's 87,9% enchant rate in there , not 66% or how much is it. There's no such a think. Or that, after 15minutes after restart don't enchant anymore because the system gets in balance again.
True, they were a lots of exploits , wich happened to me also and on private srvrs, but not anymore.
