I think Diablo was the (one of the firsts) first RPG of most of Role Playing Gamers played.
Have you see the Gameplay Trailer of Diablo III?
It looks awesome.
And only shows two of five characters (yeah, I think Blizzard should create more than only five classes for the game). The Barbarian and the Witch Doctor.
As Blizzard said. The only character from previous games is the Barbarian.
So what do you think is the other three classes?

Hm, I saw the gp vid and the switch doctor....omaygohd, that looks horrible. But it seems that the barbarian is back to the classical stomp'n'crush style:)

And all of these can be played as both female/male.

Also, at this point d3 seems to again don't have that pro that d2 had: randomized maps, much like titan quest and sacred, it won't be random again, but at least they can go for some very special graphics and maps.

Thirdly, frustration will be back again, I feel it in my heart: shield skeletonsxD
That you can only kill 'em in a very special place....well that sucks, especially if that spooty lightning enchanted's charged bolt will return, I died a few times because of that bastard.

well, I heard about this game, but I know nothing about it, never seen a trailer, I cant understand a thing on the site. Is it L2-like or more strategy-like?

It's like click-and point. Faster than l2 and you can take down hordes of enemies to the ground, not only one-by-one slowly:)
It has a not very good but satisfying storyline. I played with it for about 3-4 years.

hmm I see, its like, u can dodge etc. Seems nice, but is it like, u use skills or u use items/weapons, and u talk about maps...is it a lvling, pve game (ofc with pvp at end.game, like l2) or u dont have lvls, its "ready to own" with arenas (maps) and so on?

Well also, on the official site they announced a possible date when d3 might be rdy. But they're working with starcraft2 that slows things down.

razveck: it's rather singleplayer, but it has battle net like every non-wow blizzard games:)
Pvp is not rly a good thing, everyone goes mostly for paladin[especially hammerdin - the pros might know what I'm talking about], it's kinda unbalanced. There's no key mats/recipes or stuffs like that, so your equpiment depends on luck, but there's way more weapons and armory than in l2.

The whole game is pve with 1boss at the end of each act[4+1 total acts].

Dodge-ing is not possible, expect if you're with amazon, that has skills for it. Basically you have only "p.def" which effects your evastion and with barbarian's skill or by equipments[+1quest] you can get m.def for each element[fire/poison/lighning/cold].

On b-net ofc pve exists and even on private b-nets[kani for hungarians] the economy is very well, because there's no such things like in l2 where you have mostly no choice between weapons/sets and accesiories, here you can trade for a lot of other stuffs or you can gamble your money in-hope that you might get set/unique equipment[that has an extremely low chance].

This is not a very balanced game, sometimes it's quite easy, sometimes it's quite irritating and your chin almost fells off when you die in only 3seconds with full-hp:)
There are surprises while in l2 you can calculate approximately the battle values.

But! Titan quest - immortal throne is better with some better music onxD

Dear god the nights i've wasted on Diablo II - Lord of Destruction ><.
I was a lvl 94 sorcerer and a lvl 85+ barbarian.

ofc it wont fail, Blizzard has never made a sucky game ^^.
