if i upgrade my +7 dual sword of revolution + AA = to homukulus sword the + will be remain or became + 0 again???(sorry for my english)

When u exchange weapon, the enchantment continue. But when u upgrade, u lost all the enchantment, as Ivor already says

And I think that Duals can't be exchanged or upgraded

duals can be exchanged or upgraded for other duals, not for a single weapon.
BTW during an upgrade, you lose your enchant.
