ORLY? I played OL almost since I started L2 till some months ago. I still play it on some high rates (ofc they have bugs).

But seriously, no flames. Warlock CAN kill OL. And to answer ur questions, u have no shield (blessing of paagrio) cos I messed it up with block wind walk (ive been playing SE lately), my bad. So, u dont have WW. And no, u wont have empower nor acumen, due to mage bane. And ur casting speed will be even lower due to arcan disruption. Yeah, u can buff, but I will do it over and over and if u have soul guard and u wanna drain, u will run out of mana pretty fast.

Lets see, all OL buffs are 200+ MP. Soul guard consumes, hmm idk, about 10 MP I think. Steal essence 177 MP. Even if u have ~4k MP, that leaves u with:

4000-280-284-188-204-204-237-188 (just mage buffs+vop) with fist is -284

without fist ull have 2415 MP, with fist u have 2131 MP (if these calculations are right :S)

which allows u to make 12 clear drains. Not if u have soul guard on. And if my bane removes ur empower, u wont do so much damage with drain -> u must drain more to make the same damage, but u cant cos u have no mana. Nad u say u will rebuff. So, ull rebuff emp+acu, thats -484, and if u rebuff WW, its -621, which will leave u with 1794/1510, which will allow u to do 8 drains (im not taking into account the already spent mana on drains and soul guard), so with soul guard, lets say u can make 6 drains. But dont forget I will keep baning u. Also, dont forget, as u said u wouldnt attack cat, u will be running after me, and ur only chance to cast is when I come close to cast banes or arcane disruption, but ur casting speed will be so low (and cat speed will be uber), so cat will catch u, I will attempt root, if it fails i dont care, if cat deal u one hit ill be happy.

after banes (no emp, no acu, no WW) and arcane disruption. Also, with only spiritshots, u will take long to cast drain, my cat will eventualy interrupt u, and even if he doesnt, ur drain wont hurt me much in my 1k M.def.

I calculated every stat witht he info u gave me, I dunno about the dyes u use, but with +4DEX u would have only 111 speed, so its not much of a difference, since ill have 121 with tallum robe and 128 with dc

@razveck: BE SERIOUS. You think that if a sps cancels me i will fully buff up again? No. I get mage bane -> empower is enough. And SINCE WHEN DOES THE WARLOCK HAVE BLOCK WIND WALK FOR FUCK'S SAKE!!!

Ol + dc robe = 3360 mana. Soul guard consumes very little mp per tick. What if i told you that your summon 'accidentally' got slowed, or worse, rooted? You know that the summon's low mdef makes it weak to seals. What if i told you that i DO posess stun and soul cry, and i am a hardass melee too? Don't tell me you're gonna outspam my damage, because they all say that and it's not likely.

If i don't use soul guard, that means almost 19 drains. Your mage bane's reuse isn't instant, so the thing with 'i'll bane you again and again' kinda fades. And i repeat: if i get mage bane, empower and keep rolling if i plan to use magic. And remember that i can also feed my hp on the summon, but it's more worth it if i use it on you.

Now let's say i accidentally land slow on you. What if i land silence? What if i land suspension? What happens then?
If silence lands, i quickly need to figure out if empower is there. If it's there, perfect, i get on your ass and replenish my hp on you. You will have transfer pain on right? But what if i told you that transfer pain in this case can be beneficial for me to make sure you have no chances to win? If silence lands, i will get on your ass and do my worst. The summon takes damage too. After i fuck you up a bit i begin thinking, like man the summon must be weak. What's next? Smack the summon. I'd like to see you resummon and rebuff.

The warlock isn't an ol eater, drop it. An overlord that knows what he's doing can do much.

NAHHHH NOBS,ol pawns summoners in oly...its soooooo damit easy....wearing DC ROBE set tetosian/Rb jwl and arcana mace acumen,+4wit-4men +4 str-4dex +4 con -4 dex powns all,its easy,before the fight u wear a weapon -conversion-30%hp +60% mp,u reacharge all ur mana,go to oly with conversion weapon equiped,u buff urself then u equip arcana mace with acumen so ur hp will be normal and u will get all the buffs + full mana for drains and seals,then,u sleep the summon,i have 900 casting speed with this combination so dreaming spirit its almost instant skill,then u try silence/root the summoner,eventualy root the summon to then use hammer crush,the drain drain drain,congrauatsulations,u have defeated xxcutaricaxx and gained 20 points,yay,OL hero again \:D/ xDDDD hope this helped all the OL-players,screw the summoners =D (anyways he cant paralyse u or debuff,i got 2200 p def and 1600 m def with +8 stuff in oly..+ thoughtness,orc bless ) GL And have fun,hope this helped u alot

He does have Warrior Bane which actually cuts off your Haste and Wind Walk.. still I'm pretty sure OL can and will win over a Warlock.

Never ever say that the warlock is an ol eater. If the warlock wouldn't have reacted when he got sleeped, his summon was dead. And if the ol was a bit smarter, he would have realised that seal of binding on the summon and then sleeping the master is very important. That way you can kill his summon safely. And i don't see that sloooooooooow casting speed you were talking about. It's decent for a debuffed ol.

Look, do you have problems? I said that if the ol wasn't a noob he would have tried to root the cat and sleep its master. Or sleep both and root the cat. That way the cat would have surely died.
