I know , is stupid question but i still dont know where can every char. enchanting skills.

Imo Dark elven mages can enchant in Ivory as well... at least I've enchanted all my skills there :D but I'm realy not sure whether you can do it in Hardins...

yes, u can also do it at ivory for dark elves xD

Yes, i didn't add dwarves. Tbh, i've never enchanted a dwarf skill.

u can enchant your skill in the town where u got your 3rd profession quest
for cardi it's in oren.
