Duration is 2 minutes if i'm not mistaking, but i don't know the cooldown. Maybe around 5 minutes, but that's a pure guess. The cooldown depends on casting speed.

it's magical and it can be interrupted , also adding sps or bsps on skill will have more effect

Yeah, so Casting spd influence the cooldown.
