I preffer something with no NPC buffer, rates between x3-x10

There is Etina X4. Launch was last Friday. Server will last for like 2-3 months by my estimate. Max 6 months (but that's wishful thinking). Then most of C3-C6 servers will die when C4 Reborn opens in November.

Or one of trilion rus servers that start every week.

x1 interlude all bots allowed, unlimited windows

not x3 but it's bots so does it really matter? their uptime is like 99%, there's been periods of months with no restarts and the server is still stable. GM is active on discord too
