why the root of tanks is so bad, i event' can't root a mage but he sleep anh slow me nearly 100 %.I don't sure about root of tank . Any one show me the way to use it.

Well just root. What server are you playing on? Some servers have the algorythm wrong, and mdef resists tank root, but it shouldn't be that way. Arrest and shackle are physical skills.

maybe it is cause mages have high WIT?


i have tank on dex (interlude and it mostly works on fighters )

Ahh have to correct the last sentence. Yes, WIT affects root res, that's why.

so ,what must i do to imporve my root?

the higher lvl the better root. it is simple.

Arrest
Provokes an enemy to attack and then temporarily puts them into a held state. The target cannot be affected by any additional hold attacks while the effect lasts.

Judgment
Uses your collected dark energy to provoke an enemy to attack while temporarily decreasing their critical attack power. Usable when equipped with a sword / blunt weapon. Over-hit is possible....

Aggression
"Provokes your opponent into attacking."

Aura of Hate
"Provokes nearby enemies to attack."

if the hate effect now is "Target me, and then attack"

Then, i wish know if these skills have the hate effect too?
this way, when some tank use the arrest or judgement or tribunal, throw on your targets the hate effect too regardless of sucessfull rate of skill in cast your main function or trow the hate effect when the skills has sucessful land!?

well, Alpheratz, yes, when u use aggression for example, the target automaticaly targets u and attacks u. Most players wont let this happen, by simply cancleing the target or changing the direction of movement (u can do that). But its a nice thing, since it gives u more time to maybe shackle, stun if u get close enough. Do it repeatidly if the enemy is runing (which most do) and u might gain some important space towards him.

but guys, simply jack out ur draconic bow and own everyone, simple ^^. Take care

In c4 I have "rooted" mages but the truth is root has great chances in failing...

tank root is a physical root, not a magical like mage have
so a tank root is defined by DEX not by WIT like mages
a mage is rooted almost everytime when a tank root him normally so your server is bad.
with my sub sk 72 i can root a HE 77 in draco set and dex+5 almost 50% of time without epic.
