Pls help me guys.Its some software or something what i need to dedicate my own l2 hellbound server???

I have my own server. You just need the server files and a quick configuration.

Atm i have a security problem, so the server isn't running like it should be. It doesn't let me modify access levels and it refuses every player after 30 seconds of online time. Server files are found here: http://www.l2jdp.com/nightly/
The guide will tell you how to set your server up, but i might add that you you just want to test it yourself, not make it public, ignore step 11.


Do not expect to be something great, since it's java written. Also, don't expect to find great hellbound preconfigured packs. I didn't even find one at all.

One more thing: to connect to your own server you will need to open your hosts file and delete any ip that has a relation to the game, thus you are ready to play on official. Just add 127.0.0.1. That's the localhost ip.

In order to modify databases, you will need navicat for easier access: http://www.navicat.com/download.html
You just need to establish a connection through the localhost and the database will be there. To give a character game master rights, access the 'characters' table, and where it sais 'access level' modify to 150 instead of 0.

I don't think so that making your own server is a good thing.
It needs a very good servercomp-configuration and the lack of money makes it impossible.
For example a 100mbit connection can take about 150-200ppl w/o lag, but it needs a frequent restart.
L2j also makes the lag even more though due to it's bugged/not very well repaired data.

i want make my local server. I want try to be gm because my friend will make a server and i will be gm there , so i must try it first.

Then gl and experience it well! A good gm is one of the best point for a server:)

Yes, i've located the gameguard query inside the server files and killed it, much appreciated.
And i resolved the access level issue. I 'merged' 2 different server packs.
