Man that mey work on high rate servers..but on low rate you cant afford 2 wepons...fighter and mage.I didnt make my sk 78 by not knowing how to buff and what equip to use.
Ofc on 5000x servers were you can afford FB,AM,IC at lvl 76 you can treat sk as anything you like.

2=ur magical skills are VERy potent u may stand as a nuker if u use mag power weapons and u have emp!

Look, we never said that you should put a robe on. We just said that you should have a magic weapon. And on low rates, if you are lvl 80 with a fb on you, believe me, you'll have the money for a som magic power.

I think you'll not use a vampiric in PvP. and overlord has nice buffs for PvP, for a SK imo. have focus and empower at 76(77?) and the attack spd can be replaced by a potion.

what is kinda lot, compared to the SK's spellconsumption.
Note that I looked on the stats and I wouldn't give so much dyes on SK due to the 32 con, while a PA or DA can easily give on themselves higher STR/DEX for pvp/pve and then your patk and dex won't be better, even more your con will sux still.
Guardstance is needed, the 2drains needed, pb/hex needed, paralize ofc sometimes, freezing strike again needed....there's so many you have to do with magic and you only need to hit with fighter wep.
I made a SoM+tallum blade, guess what? It rly helped.

Again: EE sux, I would choose rather WC or PP coz of pof and more buffs, advanced block and bless shield 6 is not that much and with PP or WC you can still pve, but SE is still the best, imo it's perfectly made for SK.

WC can give you Acumen, Magic Barrier, Evasion, Haste, Greater Shield/Might and CoV!
While SE has only Empower, Mental Shield and PoW(wind)

If you can have any type of 80lvl buffer on a low rate server that buffs you whenever you want, then it's better indeed.
But to start with?
We're talking about high or lowrate?

I still would go for Overlord instead of WC.

Btw EE is the best for Tankers, right, but not so good for SK. SK needs cast spell, and SE is best. EE suit perfectly DA/PL/TK, but not a SK.
