So where can i get them expect CH?..it can be an recipe it doesnt matter

u can buy reciepes from the CH
u can get ready dyes from merchant mammon and spoil

merchant of mammon appears in necropolis during the seal validation period. you must be registered on the seven signs and your side (dawn/dusk) must win. You can buy dyes with AA

well, go to pmfun and search "greater dyes" without the quotes

u can also obtain them from raid bosses

if u need spoil just use pmfun and search for the their drop location :P
