I need all the info you have for these fishes. How to catch them, with what lures, what level should my fishing expertise be, etc. Thanks in advance..

Fishing is mostly dependant on your level. I use purple high grade lures, they get you fat fishes which (as i heard) have a better chance to give you an item.
You should go for as many skills as you like, easier when you're at maximum.

I think this is the answer to your problem: when the fish regenerates his hp, use reeling. When his hp just stands, use pumping.
Get fishing shots to maximise damage. I recommend you to use fshots only when fishes are hard to catch. You can use them permanently, but remember to conserve any shot you can. From a-grade, it's hard to get shots.

I didn't want this kind of information. As you know there are a lot of different fish types and everyone has normal grade and upper grade( upper grade is written in the name of the fish) from which I can obtain artisan googles parts, feathered hat and angels wings parts. My question is how to obtain an Upper Grade Fish, not the normal ones

yeee, but pmfun doesn't have that information about this fishes. However, I found how to catch upper grade fish for new accsesoaries parts - you just have to use Luminous lures.

Yes the luminous lures are for night fishing.

The fastest way to obtain PoCF is to use prize-winning lures. ATM I am with 19 lvl fishing expertise and from every chest I catch i earn 3 premium fish oil (25 PoCF for each )
