We didnt wrote any in game rules yet, however , i think we will go with such dualbox policy. 1main+2 chars as support. It means that from 1 HWID/IP you can have 3 chars outside the town. Fighting dualboxers and walkers in 21st century is like cutting lizards tail.

so now you got the files that L2citadel staff worked for 2-3 years to convert to Hellbound and you are changing them back to Gracia Final like ??

Have you asked yourself, maybe, that you are talking nonsense? Or actually you are using some other server name on purpose in our topic?You do know each server has client and server side?We hacked them and took their scripts? 2-3 years...seriously??

Anyhow, im gonna answer this now, first and the last time.

If you would know, research maybe, more about Dragon-Network you would bump on the detail that we are running our servers since 2005. Under the same network, we had more then 7 servers with different chornicles and over 10k players. During this period (2009 if im not wrong) we had Hellbound chornicle on the server called Valkyria, fully working for few years(feel free to visit our forum, there is archive section which covers pretty much all from 2005). Therefor, we dont need to copy anyone, actually most of those servers steal our ideas, which is fine.
Speaking of our current Hellbound project, files are ours same as it is citadels. Actually,anyone who is willing to pay XYZ amount of money can have it as well. Thats just basic, rest is on admin skills to adapt. Therefor Hellbound server runs on OUR files, and our modifications. The whole story ends there.
We dont need to upgrade to gf, actually have those gf files, because we really want to go with HB, since there is none running Hb substack server around.
We always open new servers under our real name, unlike others, therefor please refrein of bad blood comments mentining other servers because they dont allow same thing in their topics/sections.

-Fixed DN Potions, no more buffs removed by them
New method: You can use only 1 of the potions by your choice at the same time except combat haste potion, so total of 2 potions are available.
(KNOWN ISSUE: combat haste pot stacks with haste buff now, will be changed back after rr)

-Fixed skill Eye of Pa'agrio, no more stacks with Death Whisper.
-Slightly decreased dagger blow's lethal rate.
-Changed Blessing of Eva reuse time from 900s to static 300s
-Changed Blink reuse 60s->40s
