I am asking between carnage or soul bow-sheyad beats both its undeniable.So soul bow on QR or carnage on crit bleed

For pvp SB+qr

yes, SB+Qr is very good
shyeed bow is really hard to get

For PvP/PvE -> SB + QR

yes SB +QR is best A gr bow, but peril +qr (+ 6, 5) is 2nd bow after Draconic.
i think u should take peril ;]

If u don't believe me try to count number of shots / minut of both of the bows
with HE/PR/SR (+rapid fire if u want) full buffed or self buffed to see what does it means that Re-Use delay

Qr on SB makes your skills like stun shot or double shot charge* a little bit faster
Yes some smart archers use SB on the field but they don't use it much...cause they are dead most of the time..

u dont have focus on carnage or Sb focus have only s grade Draconic bow, most archers use bop+cs carnage +Cb Sb+qr 4 pvp or Sb+cs 4 pve....u choose now...if i have to choose btw carnage and soul bow ..well soul bow +qr i choose ........ i have a friend in my clan whit carnage +10+cb (whitch is more better than sb cuz dmg he make but miss a lot ) but we dont talk here about overenchant. So make soul bow u will see the difference

SB is pretty useless for PvP. Skills go real slow, the only good thing is dmg dealt by normal shots, but you always need a stun shot now and then, and with SB it takes toooo fkn long.

PvP - I'd go carnage, if you really need A grade, but if you can enchant a Peril, with QR, than its better.
PvE - you almost never use any skills in PvE, so go SB, dmg from normal shot is way better.

I thing the SB + qr is the best A bow but BOP + 5,6 + qr are realy bether becuse hawe bether atack speed. I hawe hawkaye 3rd and BOP + 19 and is much bether then dragonic bow...

QUICK RECOVERY DOES NOT MAKE YOU SHOOT FASTER IT MAKES YOUR SKILLS LIKE STUN SHOT AND DOUBLE SHOT CHARGE FASTER SO THAT YOU CAN USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!.

Serenity, you don't usually make mistakes, so i will correct you:
The quick recovery SA is an extra rapid shot effect. It affects attack speed very little, but the time between shots is greatly lowered. Doesn't affect skills. Maybe by attack speed.

Recoverry on skills like stun shot / double shot / burst shot / hamstring / lethal shot .. are based on ATK SPEED.

Quick Recoverry means another think.. Let's take it easy :
After u shot an arrow u stay a moment while u shooting another one ,isn't it?.. That think it's caled delay, re'use delay. So what QR does?

QR decrease that delay so u don't need to stay to much until the next arrow is
fired.
As i mentioned be4 i will mention again
Normal Bows have ~ 1500 Delay . (Crystallized/EMI/BOP/Carnage/DB)
Yumi Bows have ~ 800 Delay . (Akat/SB/Shyeed's Bow)
