Is the any low rate project in close future where the server would evolve every few months to later chronicle C4>C6>GF>H5?

Such servers don't exist... there is no point for server owners to make long term servers.

Open server-> sell ingame stuff -> players reach endgame -> players quit -> repeat the process...

Yes I know about L2classic... but there is no international server I think. If you know one give me link pls.

The kr classic was a fail. The russian is busy but well it comes with many downside as well.

I actually have all the files to make this happen except for C5, if I can get my hands on those than L2ForFun will change from C6 > Hi5 to C4 > C5 > C6 > GF > Hi5.

l2classic is not what I asked for cause l2classic is totally different-old l2.

I was asking is there server with chronicle changes in future which has ONLY that specific chronicle features (meanwhile classic has tons of changes combined into one).
