Tears of Devotion - donate coins. Can be earned by making donation to the server.
During first 2 weeks from the start can not be exchanged/sold. In 2 weeks will become exchangeable.

You can buy the stuff from the shop NPC Mr. Cat.
No runes/vitality potions are available to purchase on NPC Mr. Cat
Holyday Cakes - the only item, which can help you with lvling. These cakes will create additional PVP content.
