They were introduced in hellBound and yes they are present and working like they should on L2Citadel.

even it's not hb feature, i think a lot people would like to have buff bar from gracia part 1+ chronicles. It way more better.

Look, it is going to be a Hellbound server. To randomly use a dutch saying "Knot that in your ears", Hellbound means Hellbound, if it's not Hellbound, it's not having any part of this cake. The object of this server is not to reinvent Lineage II and develop our own chronicle

You'll just have to deal with it and be selective in what buffs you take, I have seen basically hundreds of retail PvP videos at this point where people were doing just that, clearest example: As long as you don't need a Song of Wind, you don't sing a Song of Wind.

There will always be things that were "better" in C4 than Hellbound, that were better in Gracia Final than Hellbound, and one should understand that arguably the vast majority of that stuff is better only in a subjective way (i.e. people's opinions, some like it, some don't), just like the chronicles of the game itself.

Do note I am not trying to be offensive or anything, I am just trying to be thorough in my reasoning =x

guys in hb tyrants has the same totem skills like interlude??and there are no common armor and weapons and not even 40 lvl quest with 3 mil adena right?

When is the server opening?

Nice, i cannot wait for this server to open, Hellbound and Gracia Part I were my favorite chronicles on retail, and most balanced when it comes to pvp and olympiad.
It is sad for me only to see interlude, gracia final and high five chronicles as private servers.
The only private hellbound server i have played was dex which was very buggy (no steel citadel towers(LOL), and bugged character class skills).

i hope open beta comes december, it could speed up on detecting bugs.

ps. i hope the buff slots will be like in Gracia Part I but im fine with old buff system too.

Bison totem is nerfed down to a 1 minute buff down from 2 minutes and it's cooldown has been increased so it's not easy to keep it up non stop I think. Other totems I can't remember right now but there might have been some adjustments with ogre if I'm not wrong and all their cooldowns lowered in general for easier switching. Though it still depends on your attack speed.
The most annoying thing with tyrants (and gladiators) in HB is that their most important skills didn't get any elemental enchant routes until Gracia Final which sucks in my opinion.

About the other stuff, no there are no common items nor that 3-in-1 quest for 3 million adena.
