And rpg-club is opening in 2 months and there are 12.000 posts just in section for new server, not to mention half of these are in 150 recruitment topics. I am just saying people who like low-rate IL don't like exp runes and you better do something about it before you make this server a failure. This is not H5 or INT x75 where exp doesn't mean crap. Think about it.

It's not hard to reach cap at IL on x7, but what do you think who will get the noblesse first ? Ppl using exp runes or ppl without it ? Same goes for first raids and everything else really.

Some of the RU clans will dominate server , I'm sure of it, since no eu clans even announced their present , and I hardly think they will. However, clan that has intention to dominate will surely donate for exp runes, as I can't see some big (ru) clan going there without donating for "exp boost". Simple as that, but most of the EU clans won't touch server (it has nothing to do with dex, but in general) with exp runes. Just different "l2 cultures".

no matter if there will be exp runes or not , same ppl will kill the epics and get first noble cps etc

I guess we have different opinion about this subject, that's all.

those that will rush lvling and epics will buy runes (if available) no matter what so there wont be any difference
