FIX LIST:

1. Decrease skill "Bluff"/"Lethal" chance.
2. Add no summon friend zone in zaken area, also in zaken area cant enter > 69 lvl!
3. Added newbie system.
4. Some decrease STUNS chance.
5. Fixed GOE doors, Its open every 7min.
6. Fixed attack sailren quest.
7. Added NPC crest.
8. HS 'Rheumatism', 'Cholera', 'Flu', 'Malaria' debuffs, for now dont clean.
9. CTF revive delay now is 30 sec.
10. Buff slots changet to 22+4.
11. Shock stomp; Thunder storm; Shock blast; Stun shot; Chance decreased.
12. Heal, Res skill fixed.
13. Added level of containment area, near ZAKEN Tongue.
14. Some changes in server core for stable gameplay.
15. Fixed resurrection/balance/heal bug, near baium.
