No, +dex gives little def rate. +5 dex means +2% shield block rate.
That's on a tank. On every other class, it's just +1%.

It's made for both. But you can imagine it doesn't decrease your skill delay too much...

the way i see it after reading thru all post.... 1 page of some discussion, than Icarus said sth that you two don't like/don't agree with and you start calling him and his m8 that agree with him names. this is a bit wird 'cause he only expressed his opinion, and what more he supported this opinion with some stats & facts... and you still call him a noob and his m8 asslickers....

and just one thing that come to my mind while i was reading the posts ABOUT the topic... if the p.def lvl of dc set is so low for you and if this is your main argument you can enchant the whole dc set+6... on the normal server (rate about 5) it would be difficult but surly not as expenssive as collecting all IC set.

one thing i disagree with you Icrarus is that while confronting resists on Hold/sleep and para there is a tie. I think that hold/sleep is more useful just because of bigger amount of classes using it. On the other hand maybe it's because i play SK and Magical Mirror can do much against necros anchor...

still! if u have bos jews it would be better(being pala) to have the dc set.. the whole flaming was cuz those guys think that top grade=allawayes better!its not paladin for example is able to heal himself with sacrifice
for example dc set aint that good for elven/dark elven tanks but hey the human tanks can rly use it for the blocking chance bonus(they have low dex) and so on:) the universal set is the nm but theere are diff. situations:) this is like scissors,paper,stone
vs paper the stone(or rock) is shit-->scissors rock
but vs stone scissors are nothing:D some situations u'd be better in dc:)

yep, everytime I get bored of low rate I go to high rate, but after some hours I just wish to go back to low rate, when I see those overpowered archers showing off their +25 *server name* Bow and their +25 *server name* armors, man...it makes me sick. Also when I go to pvp and I see mages with 3k casting speed and archers with 1k+
