Lvl 80 phoenix knight in ic set: P.Def. 1240
Lvl 80 phoenix knight in dc set: P.Def. 1022
Ic set wins here.

Ic set: shield block rate 43%
Dc set: shield block rate 51%
Dc set wins here.

Other set effects:
Ic gives bleed, poison, hold and sleep resistance
Dc gives para resistance.
Tie.

Ic gives +445 hp.
Dc gives patk and heal effect.
Ic wins.

Stat modifiers:
Ic gives +2 str -2 dex (str is useless, dex cuts your speed off)
Dc gives +2 con -2 str (str is useless, con is useful)
Dc wins.

Verdict? You can see very well that it's a clear tie. You can see very well that ic cuts things that are important, and if you know a tank, you'll know that it's not hp that makes a tank standing. It's his pdef and shield block rate. Since ic has pdef and dc has shield def, name it...


DC gives patk ? xD and it's not a fucking tie only in your sick mind low A set = S
