I need an english speaking Dev for a C3 L2 off server. I have the Root Server and the Server Files, I just need some one to help me get the ball rolling. I am willing to fund this endeavor and compensate whomever partners with me on this. I already have a team to GM the project. All that I am missing is a Dev or 2 .

I had originally partnered with a new L2 interlude server that was going to Dev in exchange for the donations on items such as: cosmetics and 2nd class change, but the owner of that server had some RL issues and had to step down.

I would love to partner with an up and coming L2 server. You can offer a low rate, retail like c3 server in addition to whatever server you currently have .
