Nope, such server doesn't exist and won't exist. It is unlikely that someone will open it without proper files and if they do then you can expect fiasco similar to l2nostalgia.

Sry for my English, i use translator.
I played on c4 OFF with a lot of c5 features about 6 years ago. It Was the Best of Times. And i remember admin words when hes started woks on C5 "To pessimists directly I will tell one plus a mode - to make с3 from с1 difficult and ugly. To make с5 from с4, by the modern preparation of developers, easily and qualitatively."
So i think its possible if experts will want it. But now servers opens only for easy money =[

me and my team we are currently at the beta testing of new server c5 x7
Wait for news if you are still want to play in a stable c5 server. :)
