Don't put +dex on hawkeye. It's a bad bad move. I'd use +5 str -5 con. Some guys on dex recommend the same (heroes).

THE LOWER THE BASE STAT YOU INCREASE THE LOWER THE GAIN. And vice versa: THE HIGHER THE BASE STAT YOU INCREASE THE HIGHER THE GAIN.
And it goes the other way too: THE LOWER THE BASE STAT YOU DECREASE, THE LOWER THE LOSS. And, ofc: THE HIGHER THE BASE STAT YOU DECREASE THE HIGHER TH ELOSS.

My point? With 38 con you will have less hp than a sr with 36 con. Go check l2calc out.
