Since the official files that used to be available online for quite
some time,are C4 ones,then begin with that particular chronicle
and update it up to IL by using extenders.As already mentioned,
keep each chronicle up for about 6 months and then change it.
This journey will most surely attract many people.

P.S:IL still remains the most popular among all updates NCsoft made.
It was not complex nor simple and the amount of farming one had
to undertake was not so boring and without purpose,as it has
ended it up being today.

all russian servers, rpg club, l2dex , toxic and few brazil servers. imo these are most alive comparing to servers who have 100 on ;|

Six months is considered long term these days. Even ru servers with huge online wipe every year or so... Interlude is still the most popular (by far) chronicle today. A low rate style server but with a bit boosted game and quest rates would be ideal imo. People prefer the retail like gameplay but they're also sick of grinding.
