Rates: Dynamic, start from x10 and lowered to x1 on higher levels.

Features of the game world:

• The server is designed for a long and interesting game for many years, thanks to the economy and the balance in thought.
• NO donate items to speed up leveling. NO runes, potions for raising and maintaining vitality, as well as mounts, caps and any other item of effect.
• There is absolutely no innovation. NO automatic loot, auto-learning of skills, experience and blocking any other function.
• Increased numbers of monsters for the first and second class quest.
• During the territorial wars can not bring peace to the flag area.
• The distribution system is borrowed from the participants of the Olympiad High Five.

Localization:

• The game client is entirely in English, with the option to read Russian dialogue.
• Character names in English only.
• Chat will be in Russian and English languages.

Events schedule in the gaming world:

• Auctions will be launched from the start - on September 21.
• Registration for seven signs will begin - September 23.
• The first siege will be held - October 6.
• Territory Wars - October 6, after the last siege to the owners of castles.
• Olympiad begins - October 1.
• Hellbound will be open - November 1, if by that time the players will not do it on their own.

The most important things wasnt explained: How the xDR will work?

For instance: 1-20 -> 10x
21-30 -> 9x
31 40 -> 8x

And so on.

Dunno I am just a player like you and this is all the info I found, all I know about rates is it starts at 10x

i think its like this

1-10 -> 10x
11-20 -> 9x
21-30 -> 8x
31 40 -> 7x
41-50 -> 6x
51-60 -> 5x
61-70 -> 4x
71-80 -> 3x
81-83 -> 2x
83-85 -> 1x

sad that toxic made deal with stupid russians.

this is SUPREME stupidity ,instead of going from 1 to 10 they've gone the other way around
can't see the logic here first lvls are instant then it gets stupid , it should be 1x until lvl 20 or something then increase lvl so you can explore the low lvl areas and then when the xp requirements get's stupid increase rates so you can actually do one lvl a week , lets be serious this is GF vitality is kind of useless so from 80 up is gonna be a nightmare a big one so big that every player is going to quit cause nobody want's to grind half a year for few lvls

i have seen dynamic rates before in many mmorpgs but this is the first time when i see them gone the wrong way , the only thing that makes sense with this system is to start with adena rates higher then lower them so you can have some cash when you reach 40 or so , but the XP never

low rates keeps players pvping for xp spots. if you go fast 85 and already have vesper 300 theres no reason to play anymore ofc you do some pvps in hb or sod do oly every day and log off.
if you know how to farm and where to farm with good setup you do 30% a day at 84 with 1x rates. i remember from retail people did that much xp a day.
sure it can backfire hard because not everyone wants to invest so much time into a private server and it also depends how many players will play

My last "serious" server was a x15, and even at that rates I felt like hitting the roof at 79. I don't have time to spare for such things. I'm a casual player, ingame for a couple of hours now and then. There are many like me, and if you want us on your servers, you have to adapt. There will always be players sitting 20+ hours playing, but they are not many. By preparing servers by their wishes and demands, you exclude many more.

Dynamic rates are OK, but start with low rates, and increase with levels. x15 is a good rate to end at 85.
And autopickup. But this is a issue I have adressed before......

agree on rates, low must be on low lvl, and bigger lvl bigger rates .

stop with autopick up.... its javas feature, u will loose so much fun from stealing drop from raids, and overdroped areas... if u want autopick up go to pvp servers... retail means retail.

that rate could seem like a 3 or 4x server
