Its not exactly a low rate...its a mix low+mid!
X8 drop rate is too high for a low server

Ive seen x20 servers with lower rates than this!
I don't think you'll have more than 800-1000 real people when server will start! And because of the game rates, I don't think it'll last longer this time either...
Make a "true" low server...
