on c6 when glad hits skills, they can be 2x dmg. (and i know that death whisper doesint help 4 more dmg).
so i need to know, how to make bigger chance of DOBLE skill landing.

You need + STR. Str influence the crit skills rate (those are your 2x skills)
Glads usually go for ic set, and the +5 str +4 con -9 dex setup. Thus their str is 47, and the crit skill rate is high.
