It's new server, not very popular yet and there isn't offline shop (I am working on an implematation of action house) so towns look empty.

It's not quite " fresh to play ":) I have an account for.. about 2 month i think that still have some 50 lvl char on it. But well.

You have right to think about that because 99,99 % of servers are exist only for the donations. I am exception because I have enough money from my work. I want make a server just as I wanted to be as a player when I was young. For me the entertainment of the players is at the top of my priorities list. When I was young and was playing L2 I would like play in a server who pay the best players. Of course such a server never exist. Now I have the money and I just make it. So simple ;)

You can buy rs with aa. There aren't custom zones with modified mobs. You can use the Map (alt+m)>world info > hunting zones tab for find areas for your level. There isn't global gk too. At level 75 you can be Noblesse for free so you have access to all noblesse teleportation areas from normal gks. I try to keep the game feeling as close to the retail as possible. :)

can't you just make a mid rate epilouge/final server without any custom stuff? :X

nope, mid rates with npc buffer maybe withotu summon buffs and resists, gm shop till b or a grade i dont rly mind about that, maybe with some vote coins for accessorys, soul crys etc.
but you still have to farm for s and s80 ofc

L2iN server has npc buffer and in gm shop there are items until low s grade and all the recipes. Players (all classes have create and spoil skils) have to farm the s80 and s84. This setup is close at that you looking for.

You should add fishing shots to npc. And if npc buffs are 2h(cov and others), i see no point in not having 2h buffs from players(don't really care for this one, dosen't make sense to me). I hope that dual sword for song/dances can not be used in oly, or that scroll that increases stats. Besides that, you took the 7-9 soul crystal from grocery, yet you didn't add them to gm shop. Think that's all for now
