ive found some videos from thier low rate server witch started this year, so online was about 2k in low rates ;o i really hope there will be 2 3k on... it will be my dream server for summer ....

Yea i'm sure the 20x will attract much more then the low rate simply because Russians love these types of servers.

not only russians :) lithuanians, poland, romanian ppl love mid rates ;) problem is not much commercial of this server... im doing what i can to provide info to my country forums but it is not still enough

changed regional settings to russia and still getting cannot run in this locale error
