so. There are many topics like: "anti archer class", "necro killer", "tank killer", but i haven't see any "anti dagger class". I used search, i couldn't find anything. There are many ppl who thinks that dagger is imba, (i think every char is imba) and i want to ask the players who are experienced with dagger class about dagger weakness , and classes that can defeat dagger easy.

With a glad, i've never loose against a dagger. Sonic Blaster and Triple Sonic Slash and it's over x)

Well, classes you'll hate most as dagger are classes that have mana burn.
If you don't have warding and EE has pow/emp3/dances on himself..
Your MP will be down in 5 secs. </3 mana burn m crit :<

Well, i am rapped if i get some skills form him as well, but tyrant lasts more than dagger. And relies less on luck i guess

oly -> tank, gladi, PP, bishop, EE, SE, OL

In oly the dagger is a powerful piece of equipment, especially the aw and pw (aw ahead).
The natural enemy of the dagger is the sk... I can tell you that by my own experience. At least for the pw and aw. Well, you get attacked from all directions: you get debuffed like SHIT, you get somewhat good damage, you do little damage, your target bounces off once in a few seconds, and don't forget that you may debuff yourself.

The next natural enemy would be the destro. Man, that's a big big problem. You have to touch him to kill him, and each encounter hurts.

Against glad... Well, not as bad as vs a destro i can say. You can trick him to get behind him, his layer of hp is thinner than the destro's. The glad dies fairly quicker than the destro, but he's still a problem because of sonic barrier.


Anyway, i'll think about more, now i have to leave home.

For the daggers... Against an aw you need another aw, seriously. The pw has that little hp in plus, but he seriously lacks crt damage. And judging that hex, the outcome is obvious if the 2 are equally experienced.

This goes vice versa. Against a pw, get an aw.

Not to mention that the aw has more chances of landing a skill crit, and this is very important.

Vs th... Well, they both do the trick.

Anti dagger: tyrants first. Then tanks.

Glads have their chance, but they rely on skills, and if you UE you will probably evade most of the skills, tyrant on the other hand hit super fast and doesnt rely that much on skills.


Still today (at least on retail servers) daggers are imba and could beat any class... Just AS 150 att and backstab/deadly blow enchanted for the same att.
