open a highrate i guess most of the ppl are not interested to start again on a lowrate which close after a few month, go for x100 with retail farmsystem and let the enchantrates retail, increase the droprate from gc/ke/attr stones like l2ws x50 did and i promise a lot of players

Rented fom L2off.biz right? Those are renting this h5. I can be you will not even have access to files . They setup srv like l2.ws and take % from income.

If the server has success it will be kept up forever since we can upgrade in future to GOD.

As f or the rate...they are under discussion atm
x7 - x10 with vitality items (so rates will be like x25-x30 with vitality)

are u sure? why does every admin says the same on this forum? like i said u should open a midrate, ofc without npcbuffer n shitlolmpotions, if u dont want a dead lowrate in a few month, and even if u dont close it, its useless to run a lowrate which have after a few months later 50ppl max online,

Yes unique international, since other servers are russians.Even rpg is full of them and NPC are translated into english from russian

We introduce european server, not russian

Everything on site/server etc is on english.This is the primary language

there are many low rate servers, including retail. if it will be like x100 or over with retail files i can promise a lot of people will join too.

There is a GOD server opening which will be faster then x10 server you are planing to open, for sure is not time to open low rate servers. I mean is way to obvious that when GW2 goes live you will be able to put all L2 community which is left over on total 2,3 servers, beside those for who GW2 gonna be expensive.
Don't waste time just open a high rate server and you might expect some population, i myself am giving you just an advice i wont be playing H5 no matter on rates you set.

I think no1 cares about you and your clan since you'll leave after 2 week so thanks for your high minded opinion .

another + of hrate is that u can actualy play multiple endgame chars at same time what keep u bound to serv cos of no qq about: "we got no cardi/ee online and he changed pass lately"

i never denied the opening of a high rate server.
Also i never denied the fact that ppl arent bored of low rate servers

The start will be done as i said with a like x30 server with vitality items

The next server will be even with high rates , like x100 as someone wrote here
