We are a group of old school low rate players that started on OFF way back in the day and than migrated to private servers (Low Rate). We played Staris, Paradise, Supreme/Azure, DN, and a few others. We always kept in touch and recently started talking about those good old days and since none of us play anymore we thought we would try and bring people one last great server. We realize the L2 private community has greatly reduced in size but believe there is still enough interest if a real good server comes along.

The community is completely flooded with mid-rate and high-rate servers that mostly have all types of custom stuff. With our background we can't bring ourselves to butcher L2 in this way. We will offer traditional L2 with no custom crap. At the same time we know people don't have the time or will to grin as much these days so we will make it a bit easier to level and get sub/noble.
I am just going to give a brief rundown on features and plans and will update once we get things nailed down a bit better.

Chronicle- Interlude
Rates- 15x
Protection- No bots work also 3rd part clickers such as ACP are blocked. Client protection using HWID.
Location- Germany (blazing network I ping 90 from the US!)
Hardware- Waste of space to list. It is plenty fast enough to handle 3k players.
Quests: There will be a few quests that we boost rates on. Mainly for SGrade stuff. (more details later)
Epics: Epic spawn windows will be reduced to 4 hours so no long camps.
Class Change- 1rst and 2nd are free. 3rd class, sub-class, and Noble can be purchased for Adena (they won't be cheap).
GM Shop- BGrade armor, weapons, and jewels available for adena.
Enchant Rates:
-Max weapon enchant: +16
-Max armor enchant: +8
-Fighter weapon enchant rate: 66% (retail-like)
-Mage weapon enchant rate: 44% (retail-like)

Buff Slots- 24 Buff and 10 additional debuff slots

- +6 Enchanted set effects
- Auto Learn Skills- Enabled
- Offline Shops
- Armor penalty (it will set penalty to player for wearing unsupported armor ex. dagger wearing heavy armor)
- Standard Buff Times
- Olympiad is dual box protected by HWID
- Dual Box is allowed outside Olympiad.

Donations
Of course one of the most controversial things on a server. We are going to keep donations as fair as possible. there will be no donations for armors, weapons, or jewels (except Bgrade which is also available by adena).

VIP Membership- ($40 USD Does not expire) You receive the following benefits:
- Increased XP and SP rate (Increased from 15x to 25x)
- Increased Drop and Spoil Rate ( Increased from 5x chance to 10x chance)
- Ability to login when server is full
- VIP chat ex. special chat (starts with '^' character ex: '^Hello World' ) (English Only)
- VIP status on forums (green name and access to VIP forums)

You don't seriously expect people to join this server, do you? Look at your donation list...sub,noblesse,aio! How's this not affecting game?

I can't edit my original post which sucks. Also the spawn times and windows are going to be reduced for all quest Raids so there is little waiting for them. Nobody wants to camp all those bosses like back in the day.

Its going to be l2 Off so there wont be any mana potions(hopefully).Also I'm not sure but I think buffs gonna have retail time...

This I don't mind tbh since this wont be a full buffs server, and you are better off with light armor!

What do u think about mana drugs with small reuse delay ??

The donation IMO are well balanced. There will be no npc buffer, or mp drugs/pots find yourself a SE/EE

And speaking about donations .... IG items , boosted XP and SP rates , AIO(wtf?) that will imbalance the game in many ways.

Any player that likes retail like server will tell you that this is just crap made by a stupid kid that wants to make some $$.
