Hi i need an advice on how to enchant skills on server with lvl 4 max att / items +6 / no gcm so skills go around 15-20. All ppl have lvl 4 full att armor. So i should go for element based or for duel?? Server is hi5

Does STR affect in blows land rate coz i see TH misses a lot and adding STR dyes is going to change anything?

It should increase the skill critical rate only. However you can't really know how things work in your server.

attri till u have skills +26 or higher, switch than - attri -> duel

no chance to make +25-26 coz there aren't gcm so i should stick with attri>?

Forget about attribute since FREYA , unless thats some lowrate where everyone running with A sets, than u gonna make every hit 7,8k :D . go for holy and dance of light, and +duel skills. about +STR ,take Plated leather set and check in duel before, and with , if on your lol java br server +STR srsly changes smth, than do it! GL HF.
