Odin,i dont need it...one of my friend need it...for quest class i think but i am not sure...the only thing that i know is that it is a Quest Item...he doesnt know very good english...so i made the topic and i will explain at him later

you need lvl 38 max to get drop
and quest starts when you right click it in your inventory, but drop is pretty low so you have to farm a bit for it

go there and farm mobs... when you drop it right click on it and everything will work
