OffSet, i must disagree.
Now when all debuffs got a min land rate, cursers got empowered.

In oly, the first thing would be to learn who to curse and who not, when to run and when to enlight + nuke.

I would go for cost on fear (gives additional effect time), sap on claw, transfer ++ and ofc all other debuffs ++ for chance.

Never forget that, as a necro you must first make ur enemy into a vegetable than nuke his ass.
