The new IL server will have a Beta period at start of March 2012 to adjust settings for launch , test stability etc .
Since we will use nexus hardware we will preserve the rules too : no server max cap

Well it depends only on what kind of comunity will be joining. As an old-school player I will join at start and if server will have stable 2k+ online with non-serverjumper clans then the server will surely not close after few months, otherwise, yes.
