HI , can someone pls tell me what are the best raids/accesibile /have more chances for raising a soul crystal level 11 and 12 and 13 and if my party needs to have last hit and all members that quest thanks

anakazel for the lvl 13 but he can raise all level of cry
don't need the last hit
just an optimized party can kill him
11 and 12 are for many raidbosses, check this site for more info.
anyway you have to get 40-50 players to kill that raidbosses

i tryed means anor/benemoth/sklyancer/giran rbs and a lot lot more rb but never staged up a cry...and i can say that i killed it about 15 time each....btw i tried rift boss,but im not that lucky to lvl it up...so any1 knowes any trick or option of better stege uping crys...should all pt members have a cry in invent,same color,cry lvl etc...thx

After C5 2nd update, chances to lvl a soul cry in skylancer etc is 25%.
And 'I think' only 1 in the party can level it. (not sure)

But Lilith and zaken is best thing for 11,12 crys.
For 13 Ember and Anazakel. Anakazel has like 6% chance to lvl SC. I think.

To lvl soul crys you have to have just 1 it in ur inv and need last hit on RB.(ur pt)
And remember, have the soul crystal quest enabled.

U must have only 1 crystal

U must have the quest active

Someone in ur party must make the last hit (every player on the party wil have the SC lvl'ed up)

There is a low chance to lvl up the crystal

ofc each player had only 1 soul cry in invent...about that "active quest" ...i have the quest enchant your weapon anything else needed ?

There's some kind of "bug", wich happens to be on retail too.
After you have a lvl 10 or higher in inventory , go update the quest again, to be tolded what to do with higher crystals. And it should work.
And yes, try having lesser than 80% in your inventory(63/80)
But keep it in mind , for lvl 10-11 to 11-12 , best raid = lilith,anakim.
Respawn time for lilith is 12 hr's + another possible 6 hrs.
And for lvl 12 cry , certainly Anakazel from hero rift.
And a tip , don't try to enhance your 10 and 11 crystals on Anakim, even the one from Commander Rift because is a waste.

could be,but maybe im missing a cuople of luck 2 xD anway i will it must works some day btw my friend lvld up 10-11 on meanas anor maybe he was lucky and he done all how it should be + lot of luck...

You need luck on usual raids.. maybe you need to kill 20 RB , maybe you need to kill only 1.
That's why i like Lilith.
And Anakazel , same.. luck . Luck to get in his room , luck to get your cry lvl'ed up.
